My Right Self has been underwritten by a generous grant from the Open Society Institute Documentary Photography Project.

My Right Self is designed to travel as a 25-piece large format color photography exhibit (for galleries or conferences) and to function online as an informative website for the broader public and house resources for transfolks, family and healthcare providers. Participants were found through word-of-mouth, LGBT listserves, and the Mazzoni Center's Trans-Health Conference Committee.
